    This was a very good video, very inspirational. It was a year of growth in many ways. You have a group to be proud of, but no group functions well without good leadership, so to you, good job.

      Thank you for the kind words. One of the keys to leadership is the praise of the team. Without them there is nothing. I have been blessed with a marvelous team at each of the three departments I have worked.
